I was thinking of finding a new use to my paintings and I came up with the idea of postcard paintings. What is it?
It's a felted-embroidered painting, its size is slightly larger than the size of a postcard and in the back, you can write some words and send it to a friend or a loved one who can hang it on his-her walls.
I did a bunch in November 2012.

Je voulais donner une nouvelle utilité à mes tableaux feutrés-brodés et les rendre plus accessibles aussi. J'ai eu l'idée de mettre en place des tableaux-cartes.
Leur dimension est d'approximativement 15 x 17cm. On peut les suspendre
comme tout tableau qui se respecte. Mais on peut aussi les offrir et
envoyer des petits mots affectueux sur la petite carte prévue à cet
effet et qui se glisse dans le dos du tableau... comme une carte de
voeux, d'anniversaire, d'amitié...
